Match Report
The Manchester Grammar School Boys-U14B vs  The King's School, Chester
On: Saturday, 28 Sep 2019
Venue: at Home

MGS played King's Chester in a friendly match the score was 7:1 to MGS. The goals came fromCorey, Zeb, Raphi, Freddie, Ashwin, Oli and one own goal which was set up by Rohan. In the first half MGS got off to a very good start we were moving the ball quickly and getting lots of goals because of this. At the end of the first half the score was 4-0. As we got further and further into the game MGS started taking control of the game we were getting chances left right and centre half of them we could not finish. But we did come out of the second half scoring 3 more goals. The only goal from Kings Chester came in the last minute of the game and MGS were very unlikely not to get a clean sheet. Man of the match went to Charlie Platt who had a very good first half at left back and then went in net for the second half he performed very well well there too. Overall it was a very good win for MGS and we look forward to our next game.
